My first adventure into the inner world of non-profits came to me as Faith Feeds, a non-profit I helped start with two others as a shared passion. It opened the door to great friends and a new appreciation of my community. We decrease waste of fresh produce through gleaning and delivering to people at risk for hunger. I have always loved to garden and reading books about gardening and trying to grow new things. That leads to too much produce for just my family! Now I grow food to donate.
