My grandma used to read to me every night before bed and take me to weekly reading programs at the local library. I grew up reading and with a passion for public libraries. My senior year of college I decided that instead of going into a Masters program for psychology, I had to follow my heart and enter a library science program instead. This is my first semester and I can't wait to work for the institution that changed my life so much.
