My mother taught me to read at a very young age to help me get head start for school. She achieved her goal, but reading has helped me in so many other ways, as well. I am a huge fan of fictional stories; books that take me to far away places and on epic adventures. Books are an awesome way to learn, but they also help me escape from reality and experience the impossible.
