When I retired and started to live on a fixed income, I started to request books from my library's extended cooperative network. My smaller house has less room for books and I gave my collection to the library. I save space, trees and hundreds of dollars each year. In addition, I meet friendly, interesting people at the library and it has opened a new facet of my life. I love my Elting Memoril Library in New Paltz, NY!
