As a kid, my parents let me and in some cases MADE me watch movies. The classics, like The Sting, Singin' in the Rain, Sunset Boulevard and Gone with the Wind. Generally movies an eight-year-old girl doesn't typically watch. I didn't get all the jokes, but from a young age my parents immersed me in an environment of film lovers. I'm 15 and my favorite channel is the classic movie channel.
