I was given a leopard gecko two years ago. I've never been great with pets, I'll admit. It took a lot of research (and a lot of overcoming the 'eeeew, bugs!' reflex when I had to feed him), but we both made it through! I've learned a lot from the little guy in two years, most notably, that leopard geckos rock.
