Ever since I found I found the Spanish, French and German dictionaries in the back of my mom's Reader's Digest Crossword Puzzle dictionary back in 1975, I've been in love with languages. Having exchange students from all over the place and going to the Concordia Language Villages has made the snowball bigger. Now I teach German and am nibbling away at learning more French, Spanish, Turkish, Japanese, Irish (don't give me the Gaelic nonsense unless you really know what you are talking about), Norwegian, Hmong, Chinese, ASL, etc.
