I've recently become obsessed with baking bread—partially because it's a 'heckuva' lot cheaper than buying bread, but mostly because homemade bread just tastes so much better! The library is full of great baking resources and I've got two loaves of blueberry walnut oatmeal bread in the oven courtesy of the latest bread book I've picked up.
